Blessed be the Lord, our Rock,
who trains our hands for battle
and our fingers for war
blessed be the Lord.
What is man…
That You take notice of him?
What is man..
That you even think of him?
Man is like a fleeting breath
His days just fly away.
Bow Your heavens O Lord come down
Touch the mountains so they smoke
Flash forth lightning, scatter the foe
Shoot Your arrows, embarrass them all
Break oppression from this land
Let the darkness turn to day
Stretch your mighty arm to save
Come and rescue us for Your sake
