Hang on stand still stay put hold tight
Wait for the Spirit of God
Don’t push don’t shove don’t move that’s right
Just wait for the Spirit of God
For you will receive the power of God
You will receive the power of God
You will receive the power of God
When the Holy Spirit comes upon you
Let go launch out press on don’t fight
Be filled with the Spirit of God
Move on make way step out that’s right
Be filled with the Spirit of God
For you have received the power of God
You have received the power of God
You have received the power of God
Now the Holy Spirit lives within you
