I look into the eyes of love
And I see joy unending
My Father’s face shines on me
Your waves of grace come crashing in
Removing every blot of sin
And now my heart it can sing
Ever-loving gracious Father King
Poured His love on me
Breaking every chain that held me down
And now I stand before the throne
For I’ve been counted righteous
Because of blood shed for me
Here I will join the massive throng
As we all sing salvation’s song
The Son of God has set us free
You are my Lover Saviour and my Friend
You hold me close when I cry
Never leaving ever present
Always by my side
You are my heart’s true desire
