I will put my trust in You O Lord
Some trust in their wealth
Some in ancient stones
Some in modern science
Some in gods unknown
Some trust in the earth
Some trust in their luck
Some trust in the stars
Some trust in their looks
Through the storms of li fe
The valleys and the hills
When I feel alright
When I’ve had my fill
Even when I’m up!
Even when I’m low
I’m holding on to You
I’m not letting go
Trust with all my heart
That You will lead me through
Not leaning on my strength
I acknowledge You
In everything I do
Listen for Your voice
Keeping me on track
Everywhere I go
