We were once in darkness
Living in the shadows
But You came to us, our shining light
When the night was endless and the world was waiting
You came for us, our shining light
Leaving the grave behind, He rose in glorious light
His name is Jesus, He is the Saviour
Leading us into life, we shine in glorious light
We worship Jesus, the risen Saviour
To the lost and hurting
To a people searching
We will tell the world, You’re the shining light
There is hope and freedom
To be found in You
We will show the world, You’re the shining light
We’re giving glory to the One
We’re giving glory to the One
We’re giving glory to the One who saves
