When we’ve fallen to our knees
When we’ve broken everything
We’re waiting on
We’re waiting on You God
Open up the heavens wide
Put a new song in our lives
We’re waiting on
We’re waiting on You God
You lift us up, You lift us up
And what was dead is raised again
In Your great love
You lift us up, You lift us up
And once again Lord
We remember what You’ve done
All of us in need of mercy
Reaching up to receive Your grace
We’re waiting on
We’re waiting on You God
From the broken weary soul
To the highest place unknown
From the weakest part of us
When our strength is not enough
You lift us up, You lift us up
And what was dead is raised again
In Your great love
You lift us up, You lift us up
And once again Lord
We remember what You’ve done
On eagle’s wings in Your great love
You lift us up
