Song : Evidence
Artist: Elevation Worship
Album: Here As In Heaven
Writer: Steven Furtick, Aaron Robertson
A miracle can happen now
For the Spirit of the Lord is here
The evidence is all around
That the spirit of the Lord is here
A miracle can happen now
For the Spirit of the Lord is here
The evidence is all around
That the Spirit of the Lord is here
A miracle can happen now
For the Spirit of the Lord is here
The evidence is all around
That the Spirit of the Lord is here
Evidence Song Meaning
“Evidence” points to the presence and work of the Holy Spirit. It encourages worshippers to expect God to act and to recognise signs of His grace, power, and nearness around them.
Biblical Message
Second Corinthians 3:17 speaks of the Lord’s Spirit bringing freedom. Acts 4:31 describes believers being filled with the Holy Spirit and strengthened to speak with courage.
Reflection
Not every work of God is dramatic. His presence may also be seen in changed character, renewed courage, reconciliation, patient love, and hope that survives a hard season.
